Step 1: Create Your Monxa Account

Kick off your journey by contacting [email protected]. If your business meets our eligibility criteria, we’ll assign a dedicated account manager to guide you.
Once we receive your application, your account manager will create a sandbox account so you can begin integration right away while we continue reviewing your application.
Your dedicated account manager will guide you through the onboarding process and request a few basic details, such as your business information and supporting documents, to set up your merchant account quickly and smoothly.

  3. Login in to the Monxa Dashboard to access your account and feature application.

Step 3: Go Live and Accept Payments

Once your integration is ready, your account needs to be verified and approved before you can start processing live transactions. This involves two key steps:
✅ Submit the required business documents to enable real transactions.✅ Our team will review and verify your details, which may include phone or video checks.
Typical processing time: ~7 working days.
✅ Complete your User Acceptance Test (UAT) and submit results to [email protected].✅ Once verified, you’ll receive LIVE API credentials and can start accepting payments.
Your account manager will share a UAT checklist to guide you.
